How quickly do we see savings?
Initial savings appear early. Typically, within the first weeks, quick wins — unused resources, storage optimization, and workload scheduling are identified and implemented. These changes usually account for ~5–10% of AWS spend before deeper optimization and governance take effect.
Will this disrupt our engineering teams?
No. The assessment is read-only. Optimization is done collaboratively by our Architect alongside your teams through a clear, prioritized roadmap. Your teams retain full control over what changes are implemented and when.
What do we need to provide?
Read-only access to the in-scope AWS accounts, a designated internal FinOps owner, and a few hours of stakeholder time across the engagement. We define requirements clearly at kickoff and provide a structured checklist to ensure predictable execution with minimal overhead for your teams.
Do we have to commit up front?
No. We start with a free, read-only assessment so you can evaluate real savings opportunities based on your own data. Tooling is provided under a 12-month term with a 2-month exit option. Automation is billed only on verified, realized savings.
What happens after six months?
Your team owns a working FinOps practice with a trained internal owner. We transition out of delivery into a light advisory role, supporting quarterly reviews and providing guidance when needed.
