The project is designed to amplify the export potential of Chaos Gears through strategic participation in economic missions, international trade events, and robust online promotion. This initiative targets key outcomes: boosting brand recognition, expanding our network of business partners, enhancing our global presence, acquiring new customers, and reinforcing Poland’s position as a leader in innovative IT solutions.
Chaos Gears plans to present its comprehensive cloud services at prominent industry events and use online campaigns to strengthen Poland as an innovative player in the industry of cloud solutions, artificial intelligence in the IT systems sector, promoting the Polish Economy Brand.
By actively engaging in economic missions and international fairs, we aim to present our cloud and AI solutions compellingly, forging new business relationships. Our experts will highlight the innovative edge of our offerings, solidifying our brand’s presence on the global stage.
Task
Expanding the Chaos Gears brand into international markets requires a meticulously crafted strategy to maximize the effectiveness of our global reach. We've identified key target markets: the Arab region, Great Britain, DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), CEE (Central and Eastern Europe), and CIS (excluding Russia and Belarus). Our approach will be tailored to each region's unique characteristics, ensuring targeted and impactful promotion.
